Modern materials, strengthened reinforcements, and advanced manufacturing techniques make the Jack 2 built for the highest performance maneuvers to withstand the stresses of landing high airs, flips, and gaps on ramps in the skatepark and while street skating. New maneuvers are achieved in the Jack 2 by stabilizing the ankles for balancing in grinds and on rails. The Jack 2 support system offers more confidence jumping onto high obstacles and balancing on low flat rails and down rails, expanding the skater’s trick répertoire.
Jack 2 is double-backed with dual density ankle padding and open cell foam for long-lasting comfort. Rich suede and a soft, genuine Shearling tongue lining make the Jack 2 as comfortable as it is strong, and a tongue stabilizer keeps the tightening of the Jack 2 secure and holds the position of the tongue in place. Choice accents such as a black backstay design featuring the signature Moxi “M”, solid nickel-plated hooks, and a quality nylon webbing finger loop round out the Jack 2, ensuring the integrity and popular features of the original Jack stay intact. The stiffest and most supportive of any Moxi model, the Jack 2 requires approximately 20 hours of break-in time to form it to the shape and contours of your movements.

Note about our suede leather:
The leather used in our roller skate boots is real, genuine, bovine cowhide that is hand-sorted and inspected for quality by touch and feel before purchasing or cutting it. The suede texture on the hide varies in coarseness making the texture of the leather vary slightly. This will not change the functionality or feel of the skater’s experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know my skate size?
Regular shoes and skates usually have different sizing. Best to use the cm measurement of both your feet as the basis for your roller skate size or ice skate size. Please measure your feet using a tape measure or ruler while standing up then check the size chart of the skates. We have a measuring guide here.
Do you have a physical store?
We don’t have a physical store yet, but you can schedule a skate fitting at our Marikina location. Fitting is strictly by appointment only. We are available afternoons on weekdays until 7pm. Weekend schedule is subject to availability. Please note our location is not yet a shop, it's just a space for fittings. Message us on our socials to schedule a fitting. Thank you!

Can I return the skates if they don't fit?
If we have the replacement skate size you need on hand, exchange can be arranged provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging. If we don't have the size you need on hand, you can wait until delivery arrives depending on our delivery timelines. Custom skate orders cannot be returned.
Pre-order items have additional policies. Changes and revisions to pre-orders like size or color cannot be accommodated once order processing is done. Pre-order cancellations will not be accepted once order processing is done.
All order cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.

What are your payment options?
Our website accepts most payment methods. These include, credit card (VISA, Mastercard), e-wallets (Gcash, Maya, ShopeePay, GrabPay), QRPH, Bank transfer (BPI, UnionBank, MayaBank, Metrobank, Land bank), Installment buy now, pay later (Billease, SPayLater)
Is installment payment available?
You can pay for your order in installments via Billease and SPayLater. If you have other installment payment apps, you can scan the QRPH and pay via your app. These can include Gcash Ggives and Atome. Just choose QRPH as your payment option upon check out.
What are your shipping options?
We have 3 shipping options: door to door delivery, pick up, and Shopee delivery. For Shopee delivery instructions, please refer to our shipping policy here.
How long does shipping take?
For pre-order items, shipping usually takes 4-6 weeks to arrive in the Philippines from international skate brands.
Once your order is in the Philippines, delivery lead time depends on the shipping option you choose. On hand item deliveries also follow these lead times.
Door to door delivery lead times are as follows: 1-2 business days within National Capital Region (NCR), 2-3 business days for Luzon, 5-7 business days for Visayas and Mindanao.
We can also do same day delivery for Metro Manila orders. Just choose the pick up option. You may pick up the order yourself or book a courier. We will notify you once your order is ready for pick up.
For Shopee delivery, lead time is the same as your regular Shopee orders. You can refer here for Shopee delivery instuctions.
How can I track my order?
We will send email updates re your pre order while it's not yet in the Philippines. Feel free to message us if you don't receive any email updates. Once your pre-order arrives in the PH, an email will be sent with tracking details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally to select countries like Taiwan, Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Macao, UAE, Qatar, and more!
You just need to select your country when inputing your shipping address. If your country is not in the drop down list, please message us so we can arrange this.
