ON-HAND ITEMS EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Return & Exchange

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return & exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can have the item delivered or dropped off at our location for inspection. 

Once approved for exchange, if we have the item you need for exchange, we can facilitate the exchange asap as long as the item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You may claim the item at our location. If we don't have the item you need for exchange, you have the option to wait until the item you need is in stock. Refund is subject for approval. 

Exchange can only be facilitated for the same item and value (i.e. exchange for size)

 

Refunds

All order cancellations and refunds are subject to 3.6% cancellation fee. This will be deducted from the refund amount. 

 
If refund is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method (except QR PH payments) within 10 business days subject to 3.6% cancellation fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. For QR PH payments, refunds will be processed manually via Gcash. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items
Custom orders (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for return & refund. We also do not accept returns and refund requests for pre-orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Customers are not entitled to exchange & refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Customer’s sudden change of mind, with an item bought that is in good working condition.
  2. Defects were found to be caused by customer’s misuse or mishandling of item.

Return & Exchange Procedure

To initiate a return & exchange, you can contact us at lokalskatesupply.ph@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and proof of payment.

If your request is accepted, please send us back the item packaged properly for protection. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return are not eligible for refund.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
In the event that the skates you pre-ordered is out of stock with the supplier, we will notify you. You may choose ONE of the following options:
1. Refund the payment (subject to cancellation fee) or
2. Wait until your skates get back in stock or
3. Change your order to a variation or model that is in stock

We do NOT allow cancellation of pre-orders for customized items.

Pre-order cancellations after order processing will not be accommodated. 


PRE-ORDER CHANGES, RETURN & REFUND
1. Once we receive your pre-order, changes in size and variation can be accommodated before we finish processing your order. Once processing is done, we can no longer accommodate changes, unless initial order is out of stock with the supplier. Finalize your order and size before placing an order. Ensure your size is correct by reading our sizing guide below.

2. Once your order arrives, return and exchange can be accommodated under certain conditions (see Return & Exchange section above).

3. Pre-order cancellations and refunds after order processing cannot be accommodated.

 

SIZING
We suggest to measure your feet in inches or cm while standing up. Do NOT base your size on the US or EU size of your regular shoes as this is different per brand of roller skates. Recommended fit is snug but not uncomfortable. Your toes should not be crunched in the toe box.

Warranty

Riedell Skates and Moxi Skates offer 6 months warranty for their skates. Contact us so we can facilitate if a replacement is needed.
