Shipping policy

We ship NATIONWIDE locally in the Philippines and INTERNATIONALLY to select countries. Check out our shipping options below:

We ensure all items are protected and packed properly before shipping. Lokal Skate Supply will not be responsible for any stolen or damaged item during delivery. 

The customer is responsible for any damage or loss during delivery. The customer is responsible for unclaimed or undelivered packages due to invalid/incomplete address.

 

LOCAL NATIONWIDE SHIPPING (Philippines)

1. Door-to-door delivery
2. Shopee delivery
3. Pick up

Each delivery option is discussed below:

Delivery Lead time:

• 1-2 business days within National Capital Region (NCR)
• 2-3 business days for Luzon
• 5-7 business days for Visayas and Mindanao

Shopee Delivery

For pre-orders:

1. Once your pre-order arrives in the PH, we will notify you. Wait for our notification before ordering this on Shopee.
2. You need to order this specific item from our Shopee shop (click here for the Shopee item). No other Shopee orders will be accepted for Shopee delivery because shipping settings are already set. Please choose the correct option in Shopee based on your order size. We cannot ship out the item if the chosen option is wrong.
   1. Choose the 'big items' option if your website order are skates.
   2. Choose the 'small items' option if your website order are parts or accessories that are not skates. 
3. NOTE: Wait for our go signal before ordering this on Shopee. You should only order this item on Shopee when your website pre-order arrives. Pre-orders usually take 4-6 weeks to arrive. If you did not receive a notification from us, it means we don't have your pre-order yet. Your pre-order is not yet here, so DO NOT order this in Shopee yet. If you do, we will be forced to ship out the delivery item only without your pre-order. 
4. Send us your Shopee order ID and website order number so we can match this with your website order.
5. We will ship your website order along with your Shopee order via Shopee.
6. You can now track your orders via the Shopee app. 

For on hand items, same procedure applies but no need to wait for item to arrive in the PH before ordering in Shopee. You can order in Shopee anytime if item is on hand. Steps 1 and 3 don't apply for on hand items. 

Delivery Lead Time:

• Same delivery lead time applies as your regular Shopee orders. 

Pick Up

1. This option is only available to customers in Metro Manila and other serviceable areas.
2. You can pick up your order personally or you may book your own courier (Grab, Lalamove, etc.) for same day delivery. Just choose the 'pick up' option. 
3. Please include in your order number when booking your pick up.
4. For on-hand items, you may book your courier 1 day after placing your order
5. For pre-orders, estimated arrival of pre-orders in the Philippines is 4-6 weeks from order placement. We will notify you via email once your pre-ordered items are ready for pick up
6. Pick ups can only be accommodated Mondays to Fridays, 11am-7pm.
