Mounting Services - Lokal Skate Supply

Want to customize your skates? We offer mounting services. It is important you message us first so we can assess the services you'll need and to ensure proper execution of the service. For re-mounting of old boots and/or plates, additional services are required (check our add ons).

Please read the guidelines below for the different mounting services we offer. We offer skate boot mounts and sneaker mounts. 

Instructions:
1. Prepare your skate boots or sneakers that you want mounted on roller skate plates or ice skate blades.
2. Prepare your skate plates / blades and other parts you want installed.

• You can refer here for a list of parts needed for custom sneaker roller skates. Alternatively, you can just get our custom sneaker skate package which already includes complete parts and services.  
• For skate boot mounts, only plates or blades are needed. 
• Check out the roller skate boots, plates, and other parts we have available in our website. Check here for ice skate needs

3. Message us to asses the services required for your set up.
4. Pay the mounting fee and additional services, if any. We have 3 service offers depending on your skate set up:

• Mounting Service (required for all custom roller skates & ice skates)
  
• Add on: Unmounting of old plates / blades

• • Add this to your order if you have old plates or blades that you want to remove from old skates.
  • Restoring old roller skate plates may require replacement of old parts like cushions, pivot cups, and mounting hardware. We will let you know what you need after inspection.

• Add on: Sole repair for old boots
  
  • Add this to your order if you have old boots you want to re-mount to new plates. Restoring its soles is necessary to ensure the plates can be mounted properly. 

5. Have all the materials delivered to Lokal HQ. You can check our contact page for the HQ address.
6. Give us 2 weeks or less to mount your new skates, 4 weeks to mount ice skates and off ice skate frames. 
7. We will notify you once your new custom skates are ready for pick up. You can book a courier too to pick up your new skates. If outside Metro Manila, we can arrange shipping for an additional fee.
